The Philippine Association of Museums, Incorporated (PAMI) is a non-stock, not-for-profit organization dedicated for the past twenty years since its inception on 22 October 1985, to the work of developing and promoting museums and supporting the work of museum and heritage workers and volunteers all over the country.
Through the years, it has established linkages with museums in the Philippines and abroad and has partnered with various national agencies, local governments, communities, school and church Organizations, and the International Council of Museums (ICOM) on major programs on museology and museography, museum management, etc.
PAMI is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

PAMI Vision
A Philippines that is richly endowed with diverse natural and cultural heritage where the population, possessing a high degree of environmental and cultural awareness and knowledge, enjoy the benefits of their resources, are responsible stewards of these resources, and able to participate in harnessing and developing the diversity of their heritage in the attainment of the national goal of sustainable human development.
